Intensity.

This week has been as drama-filled as all the rest. We all got together (the teachers and Kelly, the boss from hell) on Friday to critic the videos they took of our classes. Of course they took video of Michelle and my classes on the day that the kids were REALLY bad. I don't know if it was the extreme weather change or what... but they were nuts!!

Anyway, after I told Vincent on Thursday that Kelly never has anything good to say to us and all her comments are negative.... they decided that Friday should be POSITIVE FEEDBACK DAY. Except Kelly had literally nothing positive to say to anyone. So much for that thought!!!

Anywho. It all of a sudden is freezing cold outside. The wind pierces right through your clothes and heavy jackets. Its super intense.

I went to Insadong today (the traditional area of Seoul... about an hour subway ride away from Anyang) and I think that while I was walking around, 3 of my toes on my right foot completely went numb. it was so weird. I was seriously freaked that I had frostbite and that my toes would be black and fall off. (Obviously this is coming from a person that has never lived in crazy cold weather before).

I walked down to the local supermarket, where my favorite non-english speaking koreans work. The lady is SO nice and she doesn't speak a word of english. On the way there I noticed some idiot sprayed the sidewalk with water which... due to the cold temperatures, turned to ice. So dumb. That's just inviting someone to slip and fall and break their face.

Splendid

Photos?? ok. I have some amusing ones and some cute ones. Etc.

This is Any (pronounced Annie). She's new. She's SO cute. She tells me she loves me everyday.

This is Ronnie, who I call Ronnie-licious (probably because he always tries to eat my clothes while saying "VERY VERY DELICIOUS!!")

This is little Alice. Yes... I now have 2 Alices'. I love this one. She's so cute and smart and quiet. But she's loud and funny when it is appropriate.

This is the Christmas tree my mom made me to hang in my apartment. It makes me happy to see when I'm sitting on my computer across the room on my bed. Yes. That's a Britney Spears poster above a pile of clothes and pirated DVDs. YOU DON'T KNOW MY LIFE!!!!

Michelle and I have matching slippers we wear at work. I love wearing slippers at work. I constantly feel like I'm wearing my PJs.

This is Myeong-dong. My favorite place to shop in all of Korea. There were surprisingly few people there when I took this picture. It's usually packed so tight you can hardly walk.

Another photo in Myeong-dong of the street vendors. I love them the MOST. They are my favorite part of Korea.

I saw this at a purse shop in Myeong-dong. So hilarious. The guy didn't understand why I was laughing.

Wait a second.... Don't they know how to spell the name of their own country??

This is what happens when two elementary kids become attached to you and then learn that you leave work at the same time they leave school... This is Gabinna and Lydia
